This policy explains how Tervo, operated by Creare Technologies LTDA, handles information received through the public website and the private operations portal.

Creare Technologies LTDA is the entity responsible for operating Tervo and handling the data described here. For privacy requests, contact privacidad@tervo.app.
Information we may receive
Through the public form, we may receive your name, company, email address, phone number, primary area of interest, message, basic browser information, and submission date. The private portal stores operational data associated with users, assets, inspections, action items, and maintenance plans.
How we use the information
- Respond to commercial or information requests.
- Coordinate pilots, demonstrations, and implementation processes.
- Operate the private portal for assets, inspections, action items, and maintenance.
- Maintain traceability, security, support, and service improvement.
Email and notifications
When you submit a request, Tervo may send an internal notification to the responsible team and a confirmation to the email address provided. Transactional messages use the send.tervo.app subdomain.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to handle the request, operate the service, meet applicable obligations, and preserve operational evidence. Tervo applies role-based access controls, per-client separation, HTTPS, secure cookies, and reasonable protection measures.
Geolocation and operational evidence
Some portal forms may request a location, images, or a handwritten signature to associate with an operational event. Location capture requires browser permission and may include latitude, longitude, approximate accuracy, and date. Images and signatures are stored outside the database in private storage and accessed through temporary permissions. A signature may retain the signer's name, identification, acceptance text, date, and an integrity checksum. It is used as operational evidence and is not presented as a certified digital signature. The client organization decides whether these capabilities are enabled and required.
Your rights
You may request access, updates, corrections, or deletion of your data when applicable by emailing privacidad@tervo.app.
