Service

Tervo is an operations tool for managing assets, inspections, action items, history, maintenance plans, dashboards, and authorized read-only Insights. The public website provides commercial information, and the private portal requires authorized credentials.

Portal access

Portal access is private. Each user must use their own credentials, keep them protected, and operate only within assigned permissions. The client organization is responsible for defining users, roles, and the operational data entered into the system.

Permitted use

  • Record accurate information that is relevant to the operation.
  • Use the system in accordance with the client's internal policies.
  • Avoid unauthorized access attempts, abusive testing, or uploading illegal content.
  • Report errors, improper access, or security incidents when detected.

Availability

Tervo may evolve, change functionality, or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical adjustments, or infrastructure incidents. Final conditions for pilots or demonstrations are agreed with each client.

Intellectual property

The Tervo brand, interface, code, documentation, and visual elements belong to their respective owners or licensors. Using the portal does not grant rights to copy, redistribute, or exploit them outside the contracted or authorized service.

Limitations

Information recorded or summarized in Tervo supports operational management but does not replace applicable legal, technical, employment, industrial safety, or manufacturer requirements. Insights is a read-only support tool; important decisions should be verified against the linked source records.

Signatures and operational evidence

When a form requests a handwritten signature, it is retained as operational evidence associated with the event, authenticated user, and signer information requested by the client organization. This capability is not, by itself, a certified digital signature and does not guarantee identity, non-repudiation, or advanced contractual validity. The client organization must define its internal use and applicable authorizations.
